By accessing, registering on, or making use of any service offered through the bdbjay platform at bdbjay.net (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of this document, the English version shall prevail.

bdbjay reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, that fraudulent activity is taking place, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or other players.

All financial transactions on bdbjay are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdbjay currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on bdbjay is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the Platform by default; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance almost immediately in normal operating conditions. bdbjay does not charge any fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.

Sports Betting: All sports bets on bdbjay — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey markets — are subject to the prevailing odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are displayed in decimal format. Pre-match bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet is accepted and confirmed.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the bdbjay platform. bdbjay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
• Discovery that the registered account holder is under the age of 18.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bdbjay to enforce any right or provision under these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
